Terms of Service

These terms apply to use of the RunIt customer app, RunIt Rider app, RunIt Partner app, website, and related delivery operations. RunIt is currently preparing for pilot and closed testing, so features, service areas, pricing, and availability may change before public launch.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide and for activity under your account. Use the app only for your own account or for a business you are authorized to represent.

Orders and delivery

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery addresses, contact details, and order instructions. Riders and partner stores may receive the information needed to prepare and deliver each order. Delivery times, availability, item substitutions, and prices may vary during testing.

Riders and partners

Riders and partner stores must keep their profile, store, vehicle, license, and contact information accurate. Partner stores are responsible for product availability, preparation, substitutions, and safe handling of goods. Riders are responsible for following delivery instructions, local rules, and RunIt operating procedures.

Payments, refunds, and payouts

RunIt may support cash on delivery, digital payments, refunds, rider cash remittance, and partner or rider payouts. Payment and payout features may be limited during closed testing. Refunds, remittances, and settlement records are reviewed according to RunIt operations rules and applicable law.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service, attempt to access another user's account, interfere with delivery operations, submit false information, abuse refunds or promotions, or use RunIt for unlawful activity.

Limitations

RunIt is provided on an early-access basis during pilot and closed testing. We try to keep the service reliable, but temporary downtime, incomplete coverage, app changes, and operational adjustments may happen.
