Account and Data Deletion

This page explains how to request deletion of a RunIt customer, rider, or partner account and related personal information during closed testing and pilot operations.

How to request deletion
Email vttborgonia@outlook.com with the subject line RunIt account deletion request.
Please include:
- The app you use: Customer, Rider, or Partner.
- The phone number or email address used to sign in.
- Your name or store name, if applicable.
- Whether you want account deletion, correction of data, export of data, or another privacy request.
Verification
RunIt may ask for reasonable information to verify that you own the account or are authorized to act for the rider or partner store. This helps prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
What we delete or deactivate
After verification, RunIt will delete or deactivate account profile data and remove access to the app where deletion is supported. This may include account contact details, profile details, app tokens, and active service access.
Information we may retain
Some records may need to be retained where required for completed transactions, accounting, refunds, cash remittance, payout or settlement records, fraud prevention, safety, disputes, legal compliance, or operational audit history. Retained records are limited to what is needed for those purposes.
Timing
RunIt will review verified deletion requests as soon as practical. During closed testing, we aim to complete eligible deletion requests within 30 days unless additional verification, legal, financial, dispute, or safety review is required.
